Refund:
Milk Unfit for Consumption:
Our milk has no preservatives or additives and is delivered fresh within three hours of milking. While our customers never face any spoilage, but in case the milk to sours on/ post delivery, you can request a refund for the said lot, with our operations team.

Erroneous Delivery
A delivery will be considered erroneous at our end if you intimated us in advance.If you receive a delivery despite this, you are eligible for a refund.
Refusing delivery without prior information does not qualify for refund.

Transfers/ Location change
In case you change home/ move out of our service location, you may request a refund if there is any balance with us
